The member House of Representatives representing the people of Kabba/Bunu/Ijumu Federal Constituency in Nigeria National Assembly, Hon. Tajudeen Ayo Yusuf has paid the registration of over 100 candidates for Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) that will hold soon. The beneficiaries were drawn from all the thirty (30) wards and students Union associations of the constituency.
While briefing newsmen on the development, the Federal lawmaker said the gesture was aimed at mentoring the younger generation to an enviable height. Hon. Yusuf who has numerous people’s oriented bills sponsored, maintained that he has the desire to raise more medical doctors, engineers, bankers, business mogul, pilots entrepreneurs, politicians, vice chancellors, lawyers, journalists of Kogi State extraction. The federal lawmaker disclosed further that the total JAMB forms support he gave to his constituent, which include online registration, was in line with the patriotic leadership he has been displaying for many years back as a way of providing succour to the less – privileged in the quest for quality education for their children. However, it was also noted that as a politician who believes in the educational development and grass root outreach, the Federal lawmaker also consider constituent who requested to be beneficiaries of the free JAMB forms through text messages, visits and phone calls to him.
