Former administrative member for Lokoja Local Government Area, Comrade Abdullahi Adamu has called on APC supporters, stakeholders and other political players to rally round the candidacy of the party’s flagbearer in the December 12th Local Government election in Kogi State. Comrade Abdul stated this in an interview with our reporter in Lokoja while reacting to the issue.
He enjoined the candidate to be magnanimous in victory and be the centre of unity among APC stakeholders, saying the period for efforts to realise a candidate and the period to realise victory at the polls are two different things.

While further admonishing the candidate not to neglect any stakeholder, he said the party would not underestimate the capacity of any opposition, but assured that the would not allow any other party to clinch even one councillorship sit in the 21 LGAs of the state.
He used the opportunity to thank Governor Yahaya Bello, his deputy, Chief Edward Onoja, the chief of Staff, Pharm Abdulkarim Jamiu Asuku and others for holding the party firmly in the state.
